Jannett Ingram

Jannett Ingram is a licensed esthetician (licensed in 2013) and an entrepreneur. Jannett is Panamanian born and in the process of obtaining US citizenship. Before becoming an esthetician, she worked in the mortgage industry with home loan mortgage modifications and foreclosure. After that, she became a realtor and started working in sales and leases.

Jannett has kept busy working in multiple positions while taking care of her family. She has 3 children all young adults in their 20’s. One is currently serving in the US Army and is loving what he does to help protect his country. The younger two are into art and music production.

In less than four years she built the successful spa with approximately 1000 customers in Palm Beach County. She built this business from the ground up. Intrinsically involved in all aspects of planning, construction, equipment selection, marketing, services, and design. Starting from opening day, the Spa was busy and Jannett worked 12-hour days sometimes 7 days a week to satisfy the high consumer demand.

Jannett did more than skin care, she was also very much into health and wellness. She was very much into eating right and exercising. After achieving her own personal goal of losing 100 pounds and eliminating symptoms of other diabetes and high blood pressure, she decided to share what she did with her own customers. Getting healthy and slim made a difference in her life, health, and future, and sharing those goals and wisdom was important for her to do, and she will continue to do at Reflections Health & Med Spa.

Marketing was also a part of her business, and she utilized several social networks including GroupOn, Living Social and word of mouth.

The building of the suite entailed construction, design, and finishing. She also put together all the Spa services and packages. She has also created her own skin care line and facial treatments that kept her customers excited for the treatments. Jannett still has customers who contact her looking for when she’ll start her next business.

David Marten

David Marten is an innovative and experienced business and technical entrepreneur. He has over 30 years of experience in IT, healthcare and pharmaceuticals and has managed multi-million-dollar professional services practices at Oracle Corporation and Sun Microsystems. He has also worked at several innovative software startups focused on meta-data technology and insurance.

David’s parents came to America, surviving WWII and starting their new lives with only the clothes on their backs. Their hard work ethics has carried over to their only son, David.

His interest in healthcare grew when he succumbed to a serious case of the flu. He discovered the dangers of drugs prescribed by allopathic providers and discovered the world of holistic and integrative medicine in which he has maintained an intense interest in it to this day.

Always innovating and looking to for better solutions in all aspects of his work and hobbies, David met Jannett and the two discovered that David’s passion for technology and Jannett’s joy of health spa services was a perfect match. Together they envisioned a new path forward to “break the mold” of the Spa industry to develop an integrated Medical Spa, Integrative Medicine and Spa Services business.

They believe that integrative medicine, mental clarity, and aesthetics can lead the way to a better path of long-term health for all those who decide to take that road.
